Original Creator of the Best Black Pepper Crab
Since 1982
Our story began in 1982 with the creation of the Original and Best Black Pepper Crab, a dish that garnered the attention of both locals and international guests alike.
True to our name, LONG BEACH Seafood was situated along the beach and was one of the few restaurants that served decadent local cuisines. As a local restaurant that was frequently patronised by the British Army and locals who dined out during celebratory occasions such as Weddings, we soon became a popular go-to lively destination.
Long Beach is also the first restaurant in Singapore to bring in premium live seafood. A delicacy that was rarely served in the past but has now grown to become the crowd’s popular favourites.
Brought in 20 years ago in the 1980s, these seafood include the Air Flown Live Alaskan King Crab, Razor Clam, Abalone Conch, Mouse Cowrie, Tiger Sea Mantis, Geoduck, Robin Triton Clam, Japanese Hokkigai Clam and more.
At Long Beach Seafood, we pride ourselves in offering the finest exotic live seafood and creating memorable dining experiences for our beloved patrons. As the saying goes, “You never know what premium seafood is until you have dined in at LONG BEACH Seafood”, dining with us is certainly an experience not to be missed.
